ALL APPLICANTS FOR ADMISSIONS - SEPTEMBER 2025
Complete the online
application to be considered for admissions in September 2025. Applicants can only be considered for
admission once all steps in the online process are fully completed.

8th GRADERS
REGISTERED FOR TACHS EXAM:
- Online Admission Application required for ALL public & parochial applicants applying to Stepinac.
- Indicate Stepinac as one of your choices on the TACHS
exam.
- Stepinac’s TACHS code is
#122. Please mark the code
correctly.
- All schools (Catholic, private, and public) have copies of
the TACHS application forms.
- Your current school must send the proper documentation
with an Applicant Record Form.
- Stepinac requires the 7th and 8th grade report card in addition to the Applicant Record Form.
- Stepinac considers all TACHS applicants regardless of
whether the school is listed as your 1st, 2nd or 3rd
choice.
8th GRADERS
WHO DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE TACHS:
Applicants that did not take the TACHS Exam may apply at any time. Applying to Stepinac requires the following
documentation:
- Online Admission Application required for ALL public & parochial applicants applying to Stepinac to be notified by January 22, 2025. (Applicants are still invited to apply after this date and consideration will be based on availability within the grade level.)
- A copy of the 7th and 8th grade
report cards submitted with online application.
- At least one recommendation form from a guidance counselor
or 8th grade teacher returned to the Admissions Office. Recommendation Forms are sent through the online application.
- After all materials have been received and reviewed, an in-person interview with a member of the Admissions Committee may be required.
TRANSFER
STUDENTS:
Transfer applicants may apply to Stepinac at any time and consideration will be based on availability within the grade level.
If a student is interested
in transferring from another high school applying to Stepinac requires the
following documentation:
- Online Admission Application for ALL public & parochial applicants applying to Stepinac.
- A copy of a current and previous year’s report cards
submitted with the online application is required.
- At least one recommendation form from a guidance counselor
or current teacher returned to the Admissions Office. Recommendation Forms are sent through the online application.
- After all materials have been received and reviewed, an in-person interview with a member of the Admissions Committee may be required.
