Tuition Assistance Program
Financial
Aid is a form of tuition assistance awarded to eligible families who
demonstrate the greatest need for financial assistance based on the
information submitted and verified on their Blackbaud Financial Aid
Management application. We only consider completed and verified applications.
Archbishop
Stepinac High School partners with Blackbaud Financial Aid Management
to collect all pertinent information needed to determine the most
qualified candidates for a Financial Aid award. For your convenience,
the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management Parent Enrollment instructions
are below, which outlines all of the documents required for your
application to be complete.
Due to limited funding resources, only applications with a status of verified
will be forwarded to the school for final evaluation. We advise all
parents to be diligent in monitoring your Blackbaud Financial Aid
Management account, to ensure that your application is progressing to
the next phase in a timely manner. Please do not contact the school before contacting Blackbaud Financial Aid Management.

Incoming Freshmen & Transferring Families:
The
enrollment period for Class of 2029 students to apply for Financial Aid award is
October 1, 2024 – January 2, 2025
- Thoroughly read through the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management enrollment
instructions attached below, to fully understand what is required of you to
successfully complete your application.
- Financial aid resources are limited and early submission
will be taken into account.
- All applications completed and verified by the above
deadline (January 2, 2025) will receive a decision by January 22, 2025.
- All decisions will be sent to the email provided on your Blackbaud Financial Aid Management application.
- Before calling the school, please contact Blackbaud Financial Aid Management to make sure your application has been completed and verified no later than January 2, 2025.
- It takes Blackbaud Financial Aid Management a significant amount of time from receiving a completed application to render an account status of verified. Please plan accordingly and follow up with Blackbaud regularly.
- The school WILL NOT review applications or accept pending documentation directly from a parent / guardian.
- Recipients of Financial Aid award must reapply each year.
Current
Families:
The
enrollment period for current students to apply for Financial Aid is April 16, 2025 – May 31, 2025.
- Thoroughly read through the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management enrollment
instructions attached below, to fully understand what is required of you to
successfully complete your application.
- Only applications completed
and verified by the above deadline will receive a decision by June 13,
2025.
- All decisions will be sent to the email provided on your Blackbaud Financial Aid Management application.
- Before calling the school, please contact Blackbaud Financial Aid Management to make sure your application has been completed and verified no later than May 31, 2025.
- It takes Blackbaud Financial Aid Management a significant amount of time from receiving a completed application to render an account status of verified. Please plan accordingly.
- Archbishop
Stepinac High School will not consider Financial Aid applicants with an
open tuition account balance on their account.
- If
a renewal application is not completed and verified by the above
deadline (May 31, 2025), we will not be able to apply Financial Aid for
the 2025-2026 school year.
- Please note Blackbaud Financial Aid Management will only accept documents uploaded into an application via the Document Upload Feature. Blackbaud Financial Aid Management is no longer accepting mailed documents.
