Our goal in Stepinac's Class Representative Program is to have two to three members of each graduating class serve as Class Representatives.
Over the years we have had alumni act as class reps, liaisons, and as members of the alumni association - but we would like to formally recognize our Class Representatives.
Please know that the Advancement Office is committed, supportive, and proactive in this initiative. The role of the Class Representative is clearly defined with responsibilities, duties and benefits. The Advancement Office will furnish necessary material, expenses and support to make your job as a Class Representative work seamlessly.
How can I become a Class Representative?
Responsibilities of Being a Class Representative - Be the conduit to keep the lines of communication open between Stepinac and alumni of each particular class year.
- Engage in and promote activities specifically designed and conducted for each particular class year.
- Engage in and promote activities open to all alumni, parents, and friends (golf outing, steak dinner etc.).
- Update records of classmates, addresses, emails, work status, health status, etc.
- Create a strong network of Stepinac alumni whose connections will provide an invaluable opportunity to advance in career, business and social settings.
- Articulate the importance of giving back and supporting Stepinac through the Annual Fund and other giving opportunities.
- Keep and re-engage Stepinac School Spirit, a sense of identity and community shared by other Crusaders.
- Serve on one event committee (Golf, Fall Celebration, Hall of Fame, Trustees Reception, 75th Anniversary, etc.)
